1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the kq999 platform at kq999.app in any capacity — including as a guest visitor or as a registered account holder — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the kq999 platform and close any account you may have opened.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you (the player) and kq999 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

kq999 may update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, kq999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms apply to all services offered on the kq999 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, card games, promotional offers, bonuses, tournaments, and any other features that may be introduced from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The kq999 platform is strictly intended for adults. To register and use kq999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on kq999, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all account registrations and the ongoing management of your account:

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the kq999 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any pending balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account details up to date at all times. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, and any payment method details you register. kq999 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. kq999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify kq999 support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

kq999 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — at registration, at the time of your first withdrawal, or at any other time that kq999 deems appropriate. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

kq999 supports a range of payment methods suited to players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time in the case of mobile wallet transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect.
• kq999 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on kq999 and may not be transferred to other users.
• kq999 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is fraudulent or made in violation of these terms.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• kq999 charges zero withdrawal fees on all payment methods.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account held in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• kq999 reserves the right to delay, hold, or reverse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kq999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses issued by kq999 are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

kq999 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience for all players. The following rules apply across all game verticals available on the platform, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer, crash games, and card games.

Random Number Generators

All casino and virtual game outcomes on kq999 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). These systems are regularly tested and audited by independent third parties to ensure genuine randomness and fairness. The results of any individual game round are independent of all previous rounds.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Tests, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports — are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport. Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or interruption to the platform during a game session, kq999 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. kq999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including network outages on the part of Bangladeshi telecommunications providers.

Collusion & Cheating

Any form of collusion between players — including but not limited to sharing hand information in card games, coordinating bets to exploit live dealer game mechanics, or using automated bots or scripts — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kq999 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Attempting to exploit any software bug, technical error, or pricing mistake on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using kq999 as a vehicle to transfer or conceal funds of illegal origin.
• Using payment methods belonging to a third party or making deposits from a source other than your own verified funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any kq999 customer support representative or any other player on the platform.
• Attempting to access, alter, or damage the kq999 platform or its underlying infrastructure without authorisation.
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true identity or location.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

kq999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, that fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred, or that closure is necessary to comply with any applicable legal obligation.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting kq999 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

Self-Exclusion

kq999 supports players who feel they need a break from gambling. Players may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, or may request a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will not receive any promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. Consequences of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by kq999 — all active bonuses and promotional balances are forfeited immediately. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with these terms, subject to the outcome of any outstanding compliance review. A player whose account has been closed for a breach of these terms will not be eligible to re-register on the kq999 platform.
